40 Tips for Happy Health Life

There are many tips for Happy Living. Just sharing some here as a reminder to me. We have 4 areas.
Do you want to be Happy? Try 1 or more of the tips here.

Health

1. Drink plenty of water. When one is sick, drink more water!
2. Eat breakfast like a king (Prince), lunch like a prince (King) and dinner like a begger (eat less).
3. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants. Eat less food that is manufactured in factory.
4. Live with the 3 E's - Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy.
5. Make time for prayer and reflection.
6. Play more games.
7. Read more books than you did in 2012. Start with 1 then another 1 then another.
8. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day. PRAY for another 10 minutes each day.
9. Sleep for 7 hours. I get only 6 hours.
